Cmimet më të rëndësishme që jepen nga britanikët, ato BAFTA, kanë shpallur nominimet e tyre zyrtarisht për filmat dhe projektet kinematografike më të suksesshme të vitit, teksa “Oppenheimer” dhe “Poor Things” vazhdojnë “marshimin” e sezonit të cmimeve, duke dalë mbi projektet e tjera.
Kështu, në ceremoninë e 77-të e çmimeve BAFTA (British Academy Film Awards), “Oppenheimer” me regji të Christopher Nolan kryeson me plot 13 nominime, i ndjekur nga “Poor Things” (Yorgos Lanthimos), i cili ka 11 nominime, por po ashtu ka edhe të tjera surpriza, teksa filmat vazhdojnë ecurinë drejt Oscars.
Çmimet BAFTA do të mbahen më 18 shkurt në “Southbank Centre” në Londër, Angli, ndërsa nominimet janë:
